Senior Cloud Architect & Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Cloud Architect & Engineer to join our Cloud Centre of Excellence (CCoE). This is a hybrid role where you will provide architecture leadership for enterprise-scale cloud solutions while also executing hands on engineering delivery.

We are specifically looking for a candidate with very strong hands-on engineering capabilities who can design, build, and implement cloud-native solutions end-to-end. The successful candidate will help shape cloud standards, security controls, and cost optimization practices while working closely with application, operations, and business teams. You will bring deep expertise in AWS services, CI / CD automation, Java (with strong proficiency in the Spring Boot framework), scripting, and cloud security, combined with proven troubleshooting skills and the ability to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture Leadership

• Lead the design of cloud-native architectures for complex, large-scale enterprise and digital-native workloads.
• Define reference architectures, reusable patterns, and best practices for multitier, microservices, and serverless applications.
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide recommendations for scalability, resilience, performance, and cost optimization.
• Partner with business stakeholders, solution architects, and engineering teams to align architectures with organizational goals and compliance standards.
