Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Cloud Architect to design and implement cloud-based solutions that are secure, scalable, and cost-effective. In this role, you will be responsible for defining cloud architecture, establishing governance, and guiding development and operations teams in best practices for cloud technologies across AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and implement enterprise-grade cloud solutions that meet technical and business requirements
  • Lead cloud migration strategies for legacy systems to public, private, or hybrid cloud environments
  • Define and enforce cloud architecture standards, security protocols, and governance frameworks
  • Collaborate with DevOps, security, and software development teams to ensure cloud environments are efficient, resilient, and secure
  • Select appropriate cloud services and design cost-effective infrastructure and deployment models
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
  • Conduct regular performance, cost, and security assessments of cloud environments
  • Create documentation for architecture diagrams, deployment procedures, and cloud best practices
  • Stay updated with evolving cloud technologies, industry trends, and new service offerings
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering teams on cloud adoption and optimization

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or software engineering roles
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in cloud architecture and engineering
  • Expertise in one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Experience with networking, virtualization, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and security in cloud environments
  • Proficient in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or ARM Templates
  • Understanding of CI / CD pipelines, DevOps, and cloud automation
  • Solid grasp of cloud cost management, monitoring, and governance tools

    • Preferred Qualifications :

    Cloud certifications such as :

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional
  • Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert
  • Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect
  • Familiarity with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments
  • Experience with serverless architecture, microservices, and event-driven design
  • Background in software development or scripting (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell)
