About The Role

We are seeking a Manager - Quantity Surveyor (Workplace) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the entire cost management process across all project phases — from pre-tender to execution. You will be responsible for driving tendering strategy, ensuring cost optimization, maintaining financial control, and upholding documentation and compliance standards. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in ensuring commercial efficiency, project profitability, and alignment with organizational objectives.

What Makes The Role Successful

• Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets based on design drawings and scope requirements.
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive pricing before tendering and vendor engagement.
• Oversee project cost control throughout the lifecycle — from budgeting and tendering to final reconciliation.
• Develop and maintain a strong vendor and subcontractor network, ensuring robust comparative analysis and value-driven selection.
• Conduct periodic financial reviews, identify variances, and implement corrective measures to ensure budget adherence.
• Ensure complete documentation and compliance with design, legal, and contractual standards as per company policy.
• Provide strategic insights and value engineering recommendations to enhance cost efficiency and project delivery.
