About The Role :
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager - Quantity Surveyor (Workplace) to work in our cost management function across large-scale workplace design and build projects. In this strategic role, you will oversee the entire commercial lifecycle — from pre-tender to project handover — ensuring robust cost planning, financial control, and contractual compliance. You will work closely with project directors, design, and procurement teams to drive value engineering, cost efficiency, and process excellence across multiple projects and geographies.
What Makes The Role Successful :
- Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets based on design drawings and scope requirements.
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive pricing before tendering and vendor engagement.
- Oversee project cost control throughout the lifecycle — from budgeting and tendering to final reconciliation.
- Develop and maintain a strong vendor and subcontractor network, ensuring robust comparative analysis and value-driven selection.
- Serve as a cost seller, partnering with the Client Solutions and Business Development teams to prepare project cost proposals, defend estimates, and present value-driven cost solutions to clients.
- Conduct periodic financial reviews, identify variances, and implement corrective measures to ensure budget adherence.
- Ensure complete documentation and compliance with design, legal, and contractual standards as per company policy.
- Provide strategic insights and value engineering recommendations to enhance cost efficiency and project delivery.
What We're Looking For :
A qualified QS professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the building and construction industry.Proven expertise in corporate / workplace interior fit-out projects, with strong commercial and technical understanding.Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.Sound knowledge of trades, materials, and subcontractor management relevant to interior fit-outs.Proficiency with digital tools, cost management software, and reporting platforms.Ability to work with teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality.Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a focus on value creation and client satisfaction.A strong alignment with the company's core values — Teamwork, Integrity, and Excellence.What Makes The Role Successful :
