• Factory Process and Product qualifications.
• Customer complaints - Analysis and Driving CAPA.
• Support on Repair WIP reductions.
• Localization Parts / Supplier Qualification support.
• Periodic Process and OOB validation / strengthening to ensure the right Quality product delivery.
• Six Sigma Project drive and Co-ordinating on Global Strategy Projects, ESG Improvements, etc.
• NPI Tollgate approvals, Model specific PSO.
• ALT Lab set-up, Periodical Reliability testing, Analysis and Actions.
• Line Qualifications, Incoming Quality Process Audits.
