Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
- Establish and maintain quality standards for products and processes
- Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals
- Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met throughout the organization
- Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance processes
- Analyze data and compile comprehensive reports on quality performance
