We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Workforce Management / Capacity Planning and Reporting Analyst to join our Global Metrics team. This role will be based in Mumbai / Pune. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office
This role is pivotal in ensuring optimal resource utilisation and capacity planning across key SME resources and project portfolios. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate capacity forecasts, delivering insightful reporting, and supporting data-driven decision-making to prioritise and sequence projects effectively
We will count on you to :
- Capacity Forecasting & Reporting :
- Maintain and enhance capacity forecast reporting dashboards in Power BI.
- Collaborate with resource managers to ensure capacity forecasts are regularly updated in Planview, establishing a formal update cadence aligned with the Change Portfolio reporting cycle.
- Analyse and discuss anomalies or discrepancies with resource managers to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Review actual resource utilisation against forecasts to identify trends and variances.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Insights :
- Work closely with resource managers to understand demand and supply dynamics for key capabilities such as project managers, business analysts, change managers, and SMEs.
- Provide actionable insights to the Change & Transformation Leader regarding resourcing challenges, capacity constraints, and potential risks.
- Partner with the Change Portfolio Office to contextualise insights within broader project and portfolio strategies.
- Process Improvement & Data Governance :
- Continuously evaluate and improve capacity planning and reporting processes to increase accuracy, efficiency, and usability.
- Develop and maintain management dashboards to support transparency and decision-making across relevant teams.
- Support the rollout and adoption of reporting tools and dashboards across the Change & Transformation function.
- Supporting Project Prioritisation & Planning :
- Use capacity data to inform project sequencing, prioritisation, and resource allocation decisions.
- Assist in forecasting future resource needs based on pipeline analysis and ongoing demand.
