Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured training sessions on communication, interpersonal effectiveness, leadership, teamwork, and time management.
- Conduct workshops on resume writing, group discussions, and personal interview preparation.
- Design interactive, experiential, and learner-centric training modules.
- Collaborate with academic and placement teams to identify training needs and tailor content accordingly.
- Support curriculum development and continuously improve employability training frameworks.
- Track student progress and provide detailed feedback for individual career planning.
- Coach students on confidence building, professional behavior, and corporate communication.
- Use digital tools and role-play simulations to enhance training engagement.
- Organize and participate in placement bootcamps, industry talks, and mock interviews.
- Provide one-on-one mentoring and grooming to students as part of career readiness initiatives.
