Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Ranchi. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding sales within the assigned territory. The day-to-day tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing product knowledge and training to healthcare professionals, and analyzing market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management and territory management
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics
• Ability to work with team and travel frequently within the assigned region
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the MedTech or healthcare industry is a plus
