Role Overview _
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager with deep expertise in Gulf-region blue-collar hiring to drive strategic growth, client acquisition, and partnership development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in manpower export , strong industry networks, and the ability to craft scalable business strategies aligned with compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify and onboard new clients across Gulf countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, etc.)
- Build long-term relationships with contractors, facility management firms, and infrastructure companies
- Negotiate contracts and pricing aligned with market standards and compliance norms
- Market Expansion & Strategy
- Develop and execute BD strategies to expand into new sectors (construction, oil & gas, hospitality, etc.)
- Analyze competitor offerings and pricing models to refine positioning
- Operational Collaboration
- Work closely with sourcing and documentation teams to ensure timely mobilization
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams for visa processing, emigration clearance, and audits
- Brand & Outreach
- Represent the company at industry expos, client meetings, and trade delegations
- Collaborate with marketing to create region-specific campaigns and digital outreach
