Job Title : Sales Executive – FMCG / General Trade

Location : Kolkata (Only local candidates can apply)

Salary : Up to ₹6 LPA

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to handle FMCG / General Trade sales in Kolkata. The role involves achieving sales targets, expanding distribution, and managing a team of Market Growth Representatives (MGRs).

Key Responsibilities :

Meet daily / weekly sales targets (Primary & Secondary)

Lead & support a team of MGRs

Open new outlets & maintain good retailer relationships

Ensure in-store visibility and merchandising

Track company assets (coolers, POS materials)

Handle discounts, credit, and claims at the outlet level

Requirements

• Qualifications : Graduation / MBA
• Experience : Minimum 3years and above in FMCG Sales
• Continuous travel within the designated area 90% Travel in a month
• Male candidates preferred
• Age should be 45years or below.
• Should have handled 5 or above team members
