About the Role :

As a Branch Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, managing CASA and liability accounts, cross-selling third-party products, and ensuring compliance with regulatory policies. Drive acquisition of CASA and liability accounts through field sales, referrals, and cold calling

Lead, guide, and motivate the branch sales team to achieve targets

Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and internal policies

Cross-sell insurance, mutual funds, and other financial products
