Designation – Counsellor / Senior Counsellor

Role - Full Time

Industry - Higher Education, Study Abroad, International Student Recruitment

Location – Delhi

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Liaising with the business partners.
  • Speaking Hindi or Gujarati is mandatory.
  • Maintaining relationships with agents and introducers.
  • Shortlisting the right match with the university and candidate.
  • Follow up with the above-mentioned partners for any pending documents.
  • Guiding the partners with the visa and accommodation whenever required.
  • Giving CRM guidance to partners and agents.
  • Working closely with the compliance team to give and get inputs on interview feedback and financial document verification.
  • Ensure a strict compliance process is followed for Interviews and financial checks before communicating with the Universities about the same.
  • Liaison with the product team for suggestions and changes in the CRM and product.
  • Converting SQLs into deposits by coordinating with partners and introduced.
  • Hold regular meetings with business partners to discuss any support required or issues that will help increase sales.
  • Actively taking part in all the university’s virtual webinars and sessions.
  • Knowledge and information sharing with other branches when required and requested.
