Key Responsibilities :
- Own the end-to-end B2B sales cycle for school subscriptions, from lead generation to contract closure.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key school decision-makers including principals, trustees, and directors.
- Conduct product demonstrations, lead negotiations, and secure subscription deals.
- Mentor and supervise a small team of 2 Sales Associates to enhance outreach, follow-up, and overall team performance.
- Translate business strategy into actionable regional sales plans.
- Track pipeline health, maintain CRM dashboards, and provide timely and accurate progress reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements :
5+ years of B2B sales experience selling EdTech, publishing, or other solutions / products to schools.Proven experience in managing and mentoring sales representatives.Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Graduate mandatory; MBA / PG in Sales, Marketing, or Education preferred.Willingness to work from office in Noida, Sector 142, and travel for meetings / deal closures.Skills Required
