⏬Key Responsibilities : -

➢ Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products / services.

➢ Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries promptly.

Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback in CRM systems.

➢ Generate and qualify leads to support the sales and marketing teams.

Follow up on leads through phone calls, emails, or WhatsApp communication.

➢ Achieve daily / weekly / monthly call and conversion targets.

Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.

➢ Collaborate with the sales and support teams to improve overall customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum qualification : Graduate (any field).

➢Excellent verbal communication skills in Bengali, English and Hindi.

➢Good listening skills and customer-handling ability.

➢Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools or MS Office.

➢Positive attitude, patience, and persuasive communication style.

➢Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred.
