Role Overview :
As a Motor Insurance Telecaller, you will play a key role in reaching out to potential and existing customers to promote and sell motor insurance policies. You will assist clients with information, support policy applications, and ensure a seamless customer experience while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Initiate outbound calls and handle inbound queries to promote motor insurance products
- Provide detailed information on motor insurance plans, coverage options, premiums, and benefits
- Assist customers in selecting suitable insurance plans based on their needs
- Process new policy applications, renewals, and updates accurately
- Maintain clear and updated records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to drive conversions and customer satisfaction
- Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism
- Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations
Requirements :
Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer serviceAbility to manage high call volumes and perform under pressureBasic knowledge of motor insurance products is an added advantageStrong sales aptitude with goal-oriented mindsetExcellent communication, organizational, and time-management skillsProficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applicationsSkills Required
