Key Responsibilities :

• End-to-End Sales Leadership : Identify and engage potential fleet clients, introducing them to our battery swapping solutions. Take ownership of the complete sales cycle.
• Strategic Sales : Collaborate with clients to comprehend their needs and develop tailored solutions that address their unique challenges.
• Pipeline Management : Maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities.
• Market Insights : Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients, offering valuable insights to enhance our sales strategy.
• Client Relationship & Account Management : Build and nurture enduring relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, loyalty and growth
• Performance Reporting : Generate regular sales reports, measuring key metrics and performance against targets, and offer insights for continuous improvement.
• Source partnerships with demand aggregation partners, EV OEMs and other industry players to enhance sales and business growth
