Redian Software - Project Manager - Agile Methodologies

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects simultaneously, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines and track progress using appropriate tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, design, business, and operations.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, proposing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives when working in Agile teams.
• Provide regular project status reports and updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain project documentation, including schedules, action items, meeting notes, and status reports.
• Support continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and recommending process optimizations.
