Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects simultaneously, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines and track progress using appropriate tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, design, business, and operations.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, proposing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives when working in Agile teams.
- Provide regular project status reports and updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain project documentation, including schedules, action items, meeting notes, and status reports.
- Support continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and recommending process optimizations.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.57 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT, software, or related domains.Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Asana, or Monday.com.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications :
PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is a plus.Experience in managing software development, digital transformation, or IT infrastructure projects.Experience with budgeting, contract / vendor management, or client-facing roles(ref : hirist.tech)
