Product Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for securities settlement and confirmation platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, operations, and technology to gather and prioritize requirements.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of high-quality product increments.
• Work closely with European market infrastructures (e.g., Euroclear, Clearstream, CSDs) to ensure compliance and integration.
• Document current and future state business processes, and drive process re-engineering initiatives.
• Set and track outcome-based goals using frameworks like OKRs.
• Analyze data using tools such as SQL, Python, or Alteryx to support decision-making and product improvements.
• Engage with AI / ML teams to explore opportunities for automation and intelligent insights within the product.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring alignment and transparency.
