Redian Software - Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle of software development or technology implementation projects.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, DevOps, and other teams to define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, track milestones, and manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular stand-up meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Monitor project progress and report status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, business requirements, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with clients (if applicable) to manage expectations, gather feedback, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Identify areas for process improvement, propose solutions, and implement best practices to enhance team productivity.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for multiple concurrent Skills & Qualifications :
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a software development or IT services environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and / or Kanban methodologies.
• Experience working closely with software engineers, QA teams, and DevOps.
• Solid understanding of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, MS Project, Asana).
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and resource planning.
• Ability to translate technical discussions into business terms and vice Skills :
• PMP, CSM, or other relevant project management certifications.
• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or DevOps environments.
• Familiarity with API integrations, microservices, or enterprise software projects.
• Experience in client-facing roles or within a product-based organization
