What You'll Do
What We're Looking For
Education : A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA is a plus.
Experience : 5+ years in business development or sales, with a solid record of hitting targets and driving growth.
Leadership Skills : Experience managing and mentoring a team is a must. You should be able to inspire and guide others.
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should be comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical Mind : Strong analytical skills to interpret data and market trends, turning insights into action.
Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with CRM software, the MS Office Suite, and other digital tools is essential.
Results-Driven : A proactive attitude with a passion for achieving results and contributing to the team's success.
