- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Excellent communication skills.
- 2-6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Experience in selling Group Health Insurance, GMC, or Employee Benefits is highly desirable.
- Strong business acumen, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
