Qualifications & Experience :
- Any bachelor’s degree & above.
- 5+ years of experience
- Good communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative to make decisions when required.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Supporting the Managing Director in his daily work.Managing emails, direct calls, calendar, and schedules(calendars).
Travel management for Wealth Team - Booking Tickets & Accommodation.Maintaining the monthly reimbursement up to date.Performing Administrative and office support such as typing, spreadsheet creation, etc.Facility Management – Managing overall office facilities, including vendors & management of housekeeping staff.Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.Preparing, organizing, and storing employee information in paper & digital form (Seat Utilization / Bio Metrics).Dealing with queries on the phone & email.Maintaining Communication Bridge between the Leadership Team and the Business Head.Collaborating with business marketing team, product development team for the creation of competitive proposals.Working closely with the execution team for insight view of the process.Coordinating with Business Teams / HR related for location employee engagement activities.
