The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive&aposs behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.
Responsibilities
- Calendar & Schedule Management : Organise, prioritise, and maintain the executive's calendar, coordinating internal and external meetings, calls, and travel plans.
- Communication & Correspondence : Draft, review, and manage professional communications, ensuring timely follow-ups and responses.
- Documentation & Reporting : Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting notes; maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Meeting Coordination : Arrange agendas, briefing materials, and logistics for meetings, conferences, and events.
- Travel Management : Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, bookings, and expense reconciliations.
- Stakeholder Liaison : Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal / external stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Confidentiality : Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Operational Support : Assist with project tracking, research, and any ad-hoc administrative or operational tasks.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).Proven experience as an EA, preferably supporting CXO or senior leadership in a fast-paced organisation.Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.Show more
