Key Deliverables :
- Ensure delivery of Data (Internet Bandwidth, MPLS, Cloud), Voice (Postpaid), Broadband, and Fixed Line services in the assigned territory.
- Drive Customer Market Share (CMS) and Revenue Market Share (RMS) growth in existing and new accounts.
- Acquire new customers and expand wallet share through upselling and cross-selling.
- Track and close orders / contracts to maximize revenue generation.
Role Responsibilities :
Serve as the single point of contact for clients across all lines of business.Build and sustain strong, long-term client relationships.Coordinate solution delivery to ensure timeliness and customer satisfaction.Identify and act on opportunities for business development and client expansion.Liaise with internal teams to address client needs and deliver seamless service.Skills Required
