Role Overview We’re seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Team Lead to head our Chennai regional sales operations.

This role is ideal for a driven professional who thrives on building, nurturing, and scaling high-performing sales teams , while also overseeing centre operations and regional business growth.

Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and motivate the Inside Sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Drive revenue growth through effective lead management and conversion optimisation.

Oversee end-to-end sales operations for the Chennai region.

Track performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement actionable growth strategies.

Foster a high-energy, performance-oriented culture within the team.
