Our mission is to make poultry farming smarter, more sustainable, and accessible to everyone.Position OverviewThe Project Supervisor Intern will assist in planning, executing, monitoring, and documenting various projects under ChickCoop®’s farming and technology initiatives. This role involves coordinating between technical, operational, and field teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of project goals. The intern will gain hands-on experience in project management, field supervision, data analysis, and sustainable agri-tech implementation.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily poultry farm activities including feeding, health checks, hygiene, and biosecurity.Ensure all operations follow ChickCoop®’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Monitor farm staff performance and allocate tasks efficiently.Supervise feed management, mortality tracking, and shed upkeep.1. Project CoordinationSupport in the planning and execution of ChickCoop® projects (e.g., FarmSence.ai deployments, poultry farm setups, training workshops).Coordinate with design, development, and operations teams to ensure milestones are met.Track project progress and prepare regular reports for management.Document workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality benchmarks.2. Field & Operations SupervisionVisit poultry farm locations (if required) to monitor project activities and ensure adherence to company standards.Assist in conducting performance assessments for field operations, feed delivery, and bird health monitoring.Liaise with farmers and local teams to gather insights, feedback, and operational challenges.3. Data & ReportingCollect and analyze project data using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or project management dashboards.Prepare weekly performance reports, highlighting risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.Help design data collection frameworks for the FarmSence.ai product.4. Stakeholder CommunicationServe as a communication bridge between field teams, developers, and management.Support in preparing project briefs, status updates, and presentation decks for internal and external stakeholders.Participate in weekly review meetings and contribute ideas for operational improvement.5. Research & InnovationConduct market and competitor research in the poultry and agri-tech space.Suggest improvements in project execution, farm automation, or product usability.Support in testing and documenting new features of ChickCoop® products (like FarmSence.ai).QualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in : Agriculture / Animal Science / Veterinary ScienceEngineering / Computer Science / Data AnalyticsBusiness Administration / Project Management / OperationsStrong analytical and organizational skills.Basic understanding of poultry farming, agri-tech, or project coordination.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.Preferred Skills (Bonus)Familiarity with farm management software or IoT-based agriculture systems.Experience with project management tools (Excel, Word and Power BI)Interest in sustainable farming and rural development.Basic knowledge of AI tools or data visualization platforms.Learning OpportunitiesReal-world exposure to managing projects in the poultry and agri-tech industry.Hands-on experience with technology-driven farm management systems.Mentorship from experienced leaders in agriculture, data science, and business strategy.Potential opportunity for full-time placement based on performance.Stipend / CompensationCompetitive internship stipend (based on performance and availability).Certification upon successful completion of the internship.Field travel expenses covered (where applicable).Organization : ChickCoop® FarmSence.aiLocation : OnsiteDuration : 2 Months (60 Days)Department : Operations & Product DevelopmentReporting To : Project Manager / Operations Head
