Job Summary :
The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top
technical talent for our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of
technical roles, especially in emerging and high-demand areas like transformation, AI,
machine learning, SQL, Azure, Angular, CAT modeling, and analytics. Excellent
communication skills and the ability to manage the recruitment process from start to
finish are essential.
Responsibilities :
Source and attract candidates with expertise in Domain Specific transformation, AI,
machine learning, SQL, Azure, Angular, CAT modeling, and analytics through various
channels including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop
effective recruiting strategies.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including posting job ads, reviewing resumes,
scheduling interviews, and extending offers.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and
recruitment progress.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings in critical
technical areas.
Conduct reference checks and background verifications as needed.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment, particularly
in transformation, AI, machine learning, SQL, Azure, Angular, CAT modeling, and
analytics.
Attend job fairs, networking events, and other recruiting activities to promote the
organization and attract talent.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role, with a focus on
transformation, AI, machine learning, SQL, Azure, Angular, CAT modeling, and analytics.
Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and the new emerging technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications :
Technical background or experience in a technical hiring.
Certification in HR or recruitment
