Technical recruiter is responsible for managing a high-volume and diverse portfolio of client hiring needs across multiple industries. This role requires exceptional multitasking, communication, and organizational skills to source, screen, and successfully place qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong client management abilities and a passion for connecting talent with opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
1. High-Volume Sourcing and Screening
- Source candidates across various domains and skill sets using job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and the agency’s internal database.
- Conduct thorough screening and interviews (telephonic, virtual, or in-person) to evaluate technical, functional, and behavioral fit.
- Maintain and manage candidate pipelines, ensuring accurate and updated data in the recruitment CRM or ATS.
- Align sourcing efforts with client hiring priorities and deadlines.
2. Interview Coordination and Process Management
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless experience for both parties.Gather, document, and communicate timely feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process to maintain transparency.Support clients and candidates during the offer and negotiation phase, managing compensation and benefits discussions to ensure successful closures.Ensure compliance with company and client hiring policies and confidentiality standards.Qualifications and Skills
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BE / BTech), Computer Applications (MCA), or Business Administration (MBA) from a recognized institution.Required Skills and Experience :
2–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment,( Contract Staffing) preferably in a staffing or consulting environment.Proven experience handling high-volume hiring and diverse industry mandates .Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using recruitment CRM / ATS software for pipeline and database management.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Preferred Skills :
Experience recruiting across IT and non-IT domains.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
