Inside Sales Representative

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative, located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, generating sales leads, converting leads to customers, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves maintaining customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and updating CRM systems with accurate information. Additionally, the representative will coordinate with the marketing team to optimize sales strategies and participate in sales meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications

Strong communication, Fluent english and interpersonal skills

Experience in sales, customer service

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Relevant experience in the dating industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
