Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from U.S. customers regarding installations, service, and general inquiries.
- Provide clear, friendly, and professional communication on every interaction.
- Manage customer retention by addressing issues quickly and preventing cancellations.
- Follow-up proactively with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term trust.
- Escalate technical or complex cases to relevant departments with complete details.
- Update customer records accurately in CRM (Insightly / Ascent / HubSpot).
- Maintain performance metrics for response time, resolution quality, and call handling.
- Participate in ongoing product, service, and communication training.
Deliver a “white-glove” experience on every call — professional tone, patience, and solution-orientation.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in U.S.-facing customer service or call-center roles (solar, telecom, or tech preferred).Excellent English communication skills — near-native fluency required.Strong soft skills : empathy, listening, confidence, patience, and positivity.Great voice quality and clarity — must sound professional on calls.Comfortable handling retention and escalation conversations.Proficient with CRMs, ticketing tools, and Google Workspace.Organized, disciplined, and thrives under structure and accountability.Team player who is not afraid to speak up and take initiativeBenefits
