Strong soft skills : empathy, listening, confidence, patience, and positivity. Great voice quality and clarity — must sound professional on calls. Comfortable handling retention and escalation conversations. Proficient with CRMs, ticketing tools, and Google Workspace. Organized, disciplined, and thrives under structure and accountability. Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from U.S. customers regarding installations, service, and general inquiries.
- Provide clear, friendly, and professional communication on every interaction.
- Manage customer retention by addressing issues quickly and preventing cancellations.
- Follow-up proactively with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term trust.
- Escalate technical or complex cases to relevant departments with complete details.
- Update customer records accurately in CRM (Insightly / Ascent / HubSpot).
- Maintain performance metrics for response time, resolution quality, and call handling.
- Participate in ongoing product, service, and communication training.
- Deliver a “white-glove” experience on every call — professional tone, patience, and solution-orientation.
