KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Work closely with network engineers, data architects, and security teams to ensure alignment with technical and compliance standards
• Document business processes involving flow record generation, Kafka topic design, and API-based data retrieval
• Translate business needs into structured documentation : process flows, user stories, and functional specs
• Support solution design workshops, ensuring alignment with business goals and architectural principles
• Conduct business / operational impact assessments and support process re-engineering as needed
• Prepare & circulate MoMs, track decisions, and follow up on action items across teams and vendors
• Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations to communicate processes, solutions, and decisions
• Maintain requirement traceability across design, development, and testing phases
• Assist in documenting change requests and supporting impact assessments with delivery leads
• Support Agile / SAFe ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews
