Job Purpose :
The primary purpose of this role is to lead and manage various aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including prospect generation, deal closures, and client relationship management. The role also involves creating awareness for the AeroCity project and managing key partnerships, both internally and externally, to achieve business goals and maximize revenue.
Key Accountabilities :
- Prospect Generation and Deal Closure :
- Conclude commercial office transactions for GMR Business Park , including multi-tenanted buildings, build-to-suit projects, campus spaces, data centers, and community / social infrastructure such as gyms, food courts, banks, and healthcare facilities.
- Increase the prospect base and secure BTS (Build-to-Suit) lease agreements for GMR Education District .
- Achieve land monetization targets in sectors such as Home Furnishings and Automotive .
- Create Awareness of the AeroCity Project :
- Promote the AeroCity project by engaging with target audiences and presenting the project's vision.
- Actively participate in networking forums and set up meetings with prospective clients to enhance awareness of the AeroCity project.
- Collaborate effectively with Social Media Agencies to drive impactful marketing and promotional activities.
- Channel Partner Relationship Management :
- Build and nurture relationships with IPCs (International Property Consultants) and local commercial brokers to generate business opportunities and leads.
- Leverage memberships in trade bodies and organizations for promotions, sponsorships, and event participation to create business prospects.
- Client Account Management :
- Act as the primary account manager for signed clients, ensuring smooth operations and coordination across departments for seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience :
Experience :12-15 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate , with a minimum of 8 years specifically in the Hyderabad Real Estate market.Skills :Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in MS Office and creating presentations.Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.Skills Required
