As our continued growth opens up new possibilities, our client, a leading service provider within the commercial & industrial sector of the building and construction industry of South Australia are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a background in construction, preferably with plumbing experience, to oversee a project continuing for the next 12 months.

Position Overview :

As Site Manager, you will be responsible all aspects of on-site operations, including personnel, equipment, and resources. Whilst Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to meet project objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all aspects of the construction site, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordination of subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
• Supervise and provide guidance to onsite staff and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and clients, to ensure project objectives are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and material deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues promptly.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration among onsite staff and subcontractors.
