Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees across various countries, including but not limited to the United States, Europe, and Asia.
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of wages, salaries, and benefits to employees according to local regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with HR, finance, and other departments to gather payroll data, such as new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary changes.
• Review and verify payroll inputs, including timesheets, bonuses, commissions, and deductions, to ensure accuracy and compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports, tax filings, and other statutory requirements to relevant authorities in each country.
• Stay informed about changes in payroll regulations and compliance requirements in each country and update payroll processes accordingly.
• Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies or issues raised by employees or stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with external payroll service providers, tax advisors, and legal counsel to ensure compliance and address complex payroll matters.
• Maintain payroll records, documentation, and confidentiality of employee information in compliance with data protection laws and company policies.
