Researches, analyses, designs and maintains HR information systems in support of human resource administration and projects. Monitors HR information needs and may be involved in design of new or modification of existing systems to meet changing business requirements. Job Family Group - HR : Designs, implements, and monitors human resource programmes and policies, including recruitment, learning and development, performance management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, etc. Anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs and trends.
