Requirements
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or any program.Minimum 3 to 4 years of prior experience as a HR payroll executiveShould be smart worker, goal getter, quick learnerProven working experience as Payroll ExecutivePeople oriented and results drivenKnowledge of HR systems and databasesResponsibilities
Managing & amp; administration of the company Payroll services and ensuring complianceand accuracy in monthly Payroll activities
Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll.Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administrationManage certain time bound processes and ensure validation of data to be accurate i.e.Investments declaration, Form 16s, Tax Returns
Ensuring timelines are met for salary disbursement and coordinate with finance and thirdparty for statutory compliance
Ensuring Employee Benefits including Employee reimbursements as per rules andregulations of income tax
Responsible for MIS and Analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits withStandardization of reports for better decision making
Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payrollCoordinate for calculation and deposit of monthly liability of TDS on salaries with thirdparty vendor and finance
Preparation & Submission of Quarterly and Annual TDS returnsResponsible of publishing monthly Payroll DashboardEnsure Monthly payroll provisions to FinanceWork Location : Bangalore ( Hybrid)
