Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Branch Manager, primarily based in Mumbai with some work-from-home flexibility. The Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the branch, ensuring efficient operations, business growth, and exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include overseeing staff, managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Experience in branch management, staff supervision, and customer relationship management

Skills in sales management, business development, and achieving targets

Strong understanding of financial products, risk management, and regulatory compliance

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and adapt to hybrid work environments

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field

Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
