MIS Executive / MIS Reporting Analyst

Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled MIS Executive with strong expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, and automation of reports / dashboards . The candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing critical MIS reports where multiple sheets are interlinked, and by pasting a single data dump, all dashboards and reports update automatically.

This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with business teams to ensure timely, accurate, and actionable reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain MIS dashboards and reports in Google Sheets & Excel.
• Design automated reporting systems where one data dump refreshes multiple reports seamlessly.
• Build and optimize reports using advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, and query functions .
• Create linked and interdependent Google Sheets / Excel models for sales, operations, and business performance tracking.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across multiple reports.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Maintain data hygiene and ensure timely availability of MIS for decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive reporting tasks and improve efficiency.
