Key Responsibilities :
- Create and maintain MIS reports and dashboards for management review
- Analyze business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
- Coordinate with different stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations) to gather requirements and streamline processes
- Participate in Sales Operations or Business Operations tasks to support day-to-day functions
- Identify business challenges and contribute to problem-solving initiatives
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems and reports
