Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Team Manager to lead our Social Media team. The ideal candidate should have at least 8-13 years of experience in social media management and a proven track record of managing and mentoring a team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Manage a team of social media specialists and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their targets
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and platforms and provide recommendations to improve our social media presence
- Ensure that the team is meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work on time
- Report on team performance and provide regular updates to senior management
