Role Overview :
Cult.fit is looking for a creative Social Media Manager – Pilates to lead content and community growth for the Pilates vertical. This role will be responsible for shaping how Cult’s Pilates brand shows up across social platforms - building awareness, driving engagement, and inspiring India’s Pilates community.
You’ll work closely with the brand, creative, and fitness teams to bring Pilates to life across video, influencer, and community-driven storytelling. This is a high-ownership role for someone who deeply understands social media culture, has a strong creative pulse, and is passionate about fitness, movement, and wellness.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and own the social media strategy for Cult Pilates across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, X, , etc.)Create platform-specific content calendars that drive awareness and engagement.
Plan, produce, and publish high-quality photo, video, and UGC content aligned with the brand tone of voice.
Collaborate with trainers, studios, and members to showcase authentic Pilates stories.
Build and nurture an engaged online community that celebrates the Pilates lifestyle.
Drive conversations around movement, mindfulness, and wellness to position Cult as the go-to Pilates brand.
Partner with the Brand and Creative teams to execute integrated social campaigns, launches, and challenges. Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships to amplify reach and brand storytelling. Experiment with emerging content formats (Reels, trends, long-form, live sessions, etc.) to stay ahead of the curve.
Track key social media metrics : reach, engagement, and follower growth.
Analyze performance and continuously optimize strategy for better ROI.
Monitor trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to identify new growth opportunities.
Work with the Offline Creative & Growth teams to align social narratives with business priorities.
Support campaign amplification for on-ground events, launches, and partnerships.
Ensure brand consistency across all social media touchpoints.
