Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and managing project plans for roads, highways, rail, bridges, urban transport, mobility systems, utilities, land development, and smart city infrastructure.
• Support feasibility studies, preliminary designs, and detailed engineering documentation for both traditional and smart city projects.
• Coordinate with civil, structural, geotechnical, environmental, and smart city technology teams to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations, regulatory standards, and smart city objectives.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, including internal GCC and ME leads meetings, as well as smart city and land development stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Project Director and Project Manager; assist in obtaining updates on technical reports, design briefs, and presentation materials from the technical team.
• Assist in managing procurement processes and contract administration for land development and smart city components.
• Ensure adherence to safety, sustainability, quality, and smart city technology standards throughout the project lifecycle.
