Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including updating procedures and designing new recruiting strategies.
- Supervise and mentor the recruiting team, report on performance, and manage workload distribution.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess talent needs, advise on best hiring practices, and forecast future hiring demands.
- Manage job postings, candidate sourcing (including social media and professional networks), screening, interviews, and selection.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, diversity and inclusion standards, and internal recruitment policies.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to improve processes.
- Maintain a talent pipeline and network for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate and enhance employer branding initiatives and candidate experience.
- Administer onboarding, HR policies, performance appraisal systems, and coordinate employee relations.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.5-10 years of recruitment experience, ideally with managerial responsibility.Proven leadership ability, team management, and communication skills.Hands-on experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and recruitment platforms.In-depth knowledge of labor legislation, hiring trends, and employment policies.Proficiency in modern sourcing strategies, networking, and talent assessment methods.Strong decision-making, organizational, and mentoring skills.Skills Required
