Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including updating procedures and designing new recruiting strategies.
• Supervise and mentor the recruiting team, report on performance, and manage workload distribution.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to assess talent needs, advise on best hiring practices, and forecast future hiring demands.
• Manage job postings, candidate sourcing (including social media and professional networks), screening, interviews, and selection.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, diversity and inclusion standards, and internal recruitment policies.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to improve processes.
• Maintain a talent pipeline and network for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate and enhance employer branding initiatives and candidate experience.
• Administer onboarding, HR policies, performance appraisal systems, and coordinate employee relations.
