We are looking to hire Senior Manager - Human Resources with 15+years of experience from Freight Forwarding and Logistics background.

Qualification : Graduate with Management degree in HR Reporting to : Group CHRO

Skills Required : Effective management of the overall HR function, aligning it with organizational goals and driving success approach are few must skills we look forward. To add further the desirable skills are Critical thinking, leadership, HR expertise, communication, problem-solving, change management, business acumen, ethics, relationship building, Sound knowledge of labour laws and HR technology proficiency.

Job Description :

As a Senior Manager of Human Resources, you would provide essential support to the Group CHRO in overseeing the HR department and playing a Critical role in managing the organization's human capital by aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives, fostering a positive work culture, and supporting the overall success of the company.

HR Planning : Collaborate with Group CHRO to develop and execute the HR plans and initiatives. Provide input and contribute to the overall HR Function, aligning it with the organization's goals and objectives.

HR Policy : Review, and update HR induction manual, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Employee Relations : Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent practices. Foster positive employee relations by promoting open communication, providing guidance, and resolving issues effectively.

Performance Management : Collaborate on performance management Process including goal-setting, performance evaluation, feedback, and recognition programs. Support Regional HRs in conducting performance reviews and enhance employee performance and engagement and ensure that performance management practices are fair, consistent, and effective.

Compensation and Benefits : Oversee the design, administration, and evaluation of compensation and benefits programs. Collaborate with various stake holders to establish competitive salary structures, incentive plans, and employee benefits packages. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and market trends.

HR Analytics and Reporting : Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends, measure key HR metrics, and provide insights and prepare regular HR reports and dashboards for Director & Group Head- HR, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting HR strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Compliance and Risk Management : Stay updated on employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Ensure HR policies, practices, and procedures comply with legal requirements and proactively mitigate HR-related risks. Coordinate with legal counsel as necessary.

Team Support : Coordinate with the Regional HRs, providing guidance, and support. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Corporate Office : To manage day to day HR activities for Corporate Office

Change Management : Support the Group CHRO in developing and implementing change management to minimize disruption and facilitate smooth transitions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with other departments and leaders across the organization to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with broader company objectives. Collaborate on projects and initiatives that require HR input and expertise.

Grievance Handling : Establish and maintain a clear and accessible grievance handling policy, ensuring employees understand how to report grievances and navigate the process.Key responsibilities include meticulous record-keeping of grievances,conducting thorough investigations with relevant parties to identify root causes,and ensuring objective,evidence-based outcomes.You will be expected to resolve issues promptly and fairly, utilizing mediation, counseling, or corrective measures to sustain morale.Maintaining confidentiality and fostering a nonretaliation environment is essential,along with providing regular updates to complainants, reviewing trends, and offering support resources such as counseling or employee assistance programs.
