The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to build trust with healthcare professionals.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Reach out to and counsel nurses about employment opportunities in Germany
• Explain the benefits of working in Germany, including career growth, lifestyle, and financial stability.
• Present and sell German language training packages essential for the job opportunity
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Maintain records of prospects, leads, and conversions in CRM tools.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Collaborate with the operations and training teams to ensure smooth onboarding of candidates.
