Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Director Business Development to lead strategic sales initiatives across large enterprise clients, with a strong focus on Public Sector (PSUs) entities. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in System Integration and IT Solutions Sales , capable of navigating complex procurement environments and influencing senior stakeholders.
Key Lead Enterprise Sales Strategy : Drive business development efforts across large enterprise accounts with a focus on government and PSU sectors
- Stakeholder Engagement : Build and nurture trusted relationships with senior bureaucrats, government officials and key decision-makers to influence buying decisions
- Tender & Compliance Expertise : Navigate government procurement processes, tenders, and
compliance frameworks with precision and foresight
Partner Ecosystem Management : Collaborate with OEMs and strategic partners to co-create winning go-to-market strategies and joint value propositionsMarket Intelligence : Provide actionable insights on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to shape business strategyBid Management : Work closely with internal teams to craft compelling proposals, RFP responses, and bid documentation that align with client expectations and compliance normsConsultative Selling : Engage with consulting and advisory bodies to identify new opportunities and drive them to closureRole Competency :
