Role Description :

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Manager (FMCG) at Sri Sri Tattva, located in Bengaluru.
  • The Commercial Manager will be responsible for overseeing commercial management, business planning, and contract management.
  • The role also includes analytical tasks, managing a team, and ensuring adherence to the company's strategic objectives.
  • The Commercial Manager will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of Sri Sri Tattva's product range in the FMCG sector.

Qualification :

  • MBA with 5-7 Years Expenses in FMCG Commercial Activities.
  • Skills in Commercial Management and Contract Management.
  • P&L Handling, Gross Margin Review, Claims Management, Customer A / c.
  • Reconciliation.
  • Role will be Leadership Role to Service the Sales Support System.
  • Should be Well enough in Sales Planning, Order Processing, Collections Process, Claims Settlement and Control.
  • Capture the Sales Opportunities Service.
  • Review on Market Growth, Support to Sales team on Claims, Team Exp, Discounts Operation, Control Systems on Claims / Damages / Sales Return / T.
  • Exps / Team Incentive / Travel Plans.
  • Report on the Stockist / City wise Sales Plan vs Deliveries with Market growth.
  • Control on the Costs of Each Area / Segment / Division.
  • Report the Gross Margins.
  • Sales force Productivity Review, Godown Stock Management / Expiry / Non-Moving Stock Review / Action Plan for Stockist Stock Management and Control.
  • Review on the Major Costs like Sales Promotion, Logistics Cost, Damages / Returns etc.
  • Coordination with the Brand / Division Team on the Cost Controls / Collections.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in the FMCG sector is preferred.
