Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) from a Tier 1 Management institute to join our high-performing HR team. This role is pivotal in driving organizational effectiveness, leading strategic HR initiatives, and shaping the future of our workforce. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Organizational Development (OD), a strong business acumen, and a passion for building high-impact people strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Experience in managing end to end employee lifecycle, from Induction, to probation confirmation to Performance management to Performance improvement plans to exit process to employee grievances
- Lead and execute strategic HR projects across talent management, workforce planning, and change management.
- Design and implement OD interventions to enhance organizational effectiveness and culture.
- Provide data-driven insights to influence decision-making and drive performance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people-related matters.
- Champion employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, and leadership development initiatives.
- Collaborate with COEs to deliver seamless HR services and programs.
- Rewards & Recognition (R&R) : Design and implement R&R frameworks to drive motivation and performance.
- Stakeholder Engagement Across Geographies : Manage cross-regional HR initiatives and build strong relationships with stakeholders across diverse geographies.
- Represent HR in public forums and internal trainings; strong public speaking and facilitation skills are essential.
Requirements
Qualifications
MBA / PGDM in HR from a Tier 1 institute (mandatory)8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 to 4 years in an HRBP role.Proven experience in leading strategic HR projects and OD initiatives.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.Skills – Strong Proficiency in MS office including excel & power point for reporting, analysis, and presentations.
